Established in 2002, the center aims to draw up strategies and reach alternative decisions for the national interests by means of conducting research and studies on economic, political and cultural relations that Turkey will maintain with his neighboring and other countries in the world, as well as by taking into consideration the cultural and geographical characteristics. In addition, it also carries out studies on the Cyprus Problem and the Armenian Question.
